AfterMake begins after any Production state change — not only manufacturing, after-sales service or factory defects. Once Reality changes from S0@t0 → S1@t1, the “After” becomes a new Reality: expected or unexpected, accepted or unresolved, stable or still changing. AfterMake preserves what became true, the Evidence, the divergence and the next possible Runtime.
Production changes Reality. AfterMake deals with what exists next.
A Make can meet the intended acceptance envelope, miss it, create an unexpected side effect, reveal new evidence or produce a new capability. The technical system should preserve and compute those differences without silently deciding the ultimate human meaning of “good” or “bad”.
Compare to declared Intent
The system can compute divergence from the intended or accepted envelope when that envelope is explicit.
Acceptance is a state
Evidence can support an Acceptance decision, but the decision remains bounded by the relevant human, legal, organizational or delegated Authority.
Good / bad is not a sensor label
Technology may detect risk, constraint violations or divergence. Normative value outside declared lawful/ethical rules is not silently assigned by the machine.
Reality becomes the next starting point
Repair, reuse, service, reconfiguration, rollback, branch, adaptation or a new Runtime can start from the observed After state.
The end of one Delivery can be the beginning of the next Runtime.
